How quickly do I receive my visualizer?
You will receive an email with your visualizer link in 1 business day or less.
How do I access my visualizer?
Within 1 business day of activating your subscription, you will receive an email. You can find your visualizer link in that email.

How do I customize my logo and product libraries?
A sales and onboarding rep will contact you within 1 business day of signing up for a 7-day trial. You can send them your logo to upload to your visualizer. Standard visualizers contain all available manufacturer product libraries. If you would like to remove certain libraries or make your products all “generic” then please let your Renoworks rep know.
Can I get a trial?
All plans come standard with a free 7-day trial. You are required to provide payment information but you will not be charged until the end of the trial period. If you cancel before the end of the trial then you will not be charged.
How do I see my leads generated from my visualizer?
Your leads will be emailed to the email address you provide to us during the onboarding stage.
